Cloth Pads
You`ve heard a number of women mention Cloth Pads as viable alternatives to regular types of sanitary towels but you are a little skeptical as to how they`ll work for you. Maybe further investigation is required into the sanitary products and you might like to give a starter pack a trial just to see if you can adapt to the new products. You are not on your own in having reservations as plenty of women do before they give the Cloth Pads a try. However, once they have used the products for the first time they have become converted and never go back to using disposable varieties. The washable Cloth Pads are kind to your body as well as being kind to the environment at the same time. Looked after they should last for between 3 to 5 years and there`s no real reason why longer timescales shouldn`t be involved. Itt`s possible you`ll find the Cloth Pads to be quite liberating and you`ll no longer have to trudge to the supermarket in search of sanitary products in the future if you buy a set of the cloth products. Having heard a number of women mention washable sanitary products in the past you are thinking that maybe its time you gave them a try.

Wheat Bags
Agony is the best word to describe the pain that I found myself in last year. A spot of gardening tuned into torture as I bulged a disc in my lower spine. The disc pinched my sciatic nerve and that went into shock. That was over 9 months ago and I still get twinges in my back on a daily basis. One product that I have found to be of great comfort is a wheat bag. Providing pain relief for any part of the body is what Wheat Bags are all about. I can microwave my wheat bag in the oven and it provides me witth pain relieving heat when I need it the most. The bag is fitted with an adjustable strap so I never have to struggle getting it into a comfortable position. I would say to anyone that suffers from back or joint pain to give the Wheat Bags a try. You can freeze them and they make brilliant compresses but it`s the power of heat that I`m interested in. I never knew about the Wheat Bags when I first injured my back it was only after a few months that I discovered they existed. At least I get comfort from one of them now, whenever my back gives me trouble.

Reusable Nappies
The final months before a bonny new baby arrives are filled with last-minute preparations as the finishing touches are placed within the nursery, a pram and cot are purchased and changing bags and boxes are filled with nappies, creams and wipes. There are two main types of nappies that mums and dads can choose for their newborn babies, the first being Reusable Nappies and the second being disposable varieties. Many parents opt for the disposable versions because they think they are easier to use. Yet, if they stopped to take a closer look at the Reusable Nappies they`d see they would made far greater options. Modern Reusable Nappies are far more ?parent-friendly` and they are extremely comfortable for baby to wear as well. Leading brand names like Itti Bitti produce some rather trendy versions that are extremely colorful to look at. They come with handy snap in sections that are easy to remove and the fasteners are all covered so baby won`t chafe their skin when the nappy is being worn. Parents who are in the process of deciding which type of nappies they should use on their newborn babies really should take a closer look at the reusable versions.
